Cancellations: Training workshops may be canceled up to 10 business days before the scheduled session with no penalty. Cancellations made fewer than 10 business days before the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee, reflecting the preparation, materials development, and reserved delivery time. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge if the request is made at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled workshop date. Reschedule requests made within 7 business days may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the workshop cost, depending on availability. No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend the scheduled training (virtual or in-person) and fails to provide notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Project-Based Work & Preparation: Once workshop preparation has begun—including curriculum tailoring, slide development, assessment creation, or material customization—those hours are billable even if the workshop is canceled or rescheduled. Preparation hours are billed at the agreed-upon project rate. Travel (for On-Site Training): If travel arrangements have already been booked (flight, hotel, transportation), the client is responsible for all non-refundable travel costs in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. Intellectual Property: All workshop materials (slides, handouts, frameworks, templates, recordings, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Bluu Publishing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive usage rights for internal training only and may not distribute, modify, or sell materials without written permission. Portfolio Use: Bluu Publishing may list the training engagement in its professional portfolio (e.g., “Provided instructional design training for XYZ Organization”). No proprietary content, internal data, or client-created materials will ever be shared. Clients may opt out of portfolio listing by submitting a written request.
