Interactive Activity and Engagement Design: Development of varied learning activities, discussions, and interactive elements that keep students engaged and reinforce key concepts throughout the course. Assessment Strategy and Creation: Design of meaningful assessments including quizzes, assignments, and projects that effectively measure student progress and course mastery. Content Organization and Presentation: Professional organization of your existing content and guidance on additional materials needed, ensuring everything aligns with instructional design best practices. Terms & Conditions
Project Structure: This service is a full instructional design project spanning approximately 4 months from initial consultation to course launch-readiness. Work begins once the project agreement is signed and initial payment has been received. Payments & Refunds: A non-refundable project deposit is required to secure your start date. Remaining payments follow the agreed-upon milestone or monthly schedule. Because project time is reserved exclusively for you, payments made are non-refundable once work on that phase has begun. Rescheduling & Delays: Client delays (missing meetings, materials, or reviews) may shift the project timeline. Extended delays (over 14 days without communication) may pause the project or require a restart fee to resume work. If Bluu Publishing must adjust project timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, an updated schedule will be provided. Revisions & Scope: Each phase includes one structured revision round unless otherwise detailed in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes (e.g., added modules, additional activities, new assessments, major redesigns) will require an updated proposal and fee adjustment. Cancellation: Should the client choose to cancel the project after work has begun, all completed work and payments to date remain non-refundable. No future payments will be charged beyond work not yet begun. Session Components: The initial 90-minute consultation is included within the project and cannot be booked separately or refunded if the project is canceled. Communication & Support: Email communication is available throughout the project. Scheduled meetings are included per the project timeline and may be rescheduled with 48-hour notice. Missed meetings without notice count as completed and may require an additional fee for rescheduling. Confidentiality: All client information, materials, and intellectual property remain strictly confidential. A non-disclosure agreement is available upon request.
