Publishing Strategy Session: $500 (2-hour consultation covering platform selection, target audience considerations, and publishing timeline development tailored to your goals. Fee applies toward full service if you proceed with complete setup package). Basic Formatting Assistance: Help with fundamental book formatting requirements to meet Amazon KDP and Google Play technical standards. Terms & Conditions
Payment & Booking: Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to reserve service dates. Work begins only after payment is received and all required materials are submitted. Cancellations & Rescheduling: – Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation receive a full refund. – Cancellations within 72 hours incur a 30% fee. – One reschedule is allowed with 48 hours’ notice at no cost. Additional rescheduling or requests within 48 hours may incur a $75 administrative fee. – No-shows are non-refundable. Client Responsibilities: Timely submission of manuscripts, cover files, metadata, and required materials is necessary to maintain the project timeline. Delays in receiving materials may extend the delivery schedule. Deliverables & Ownership: All final deliverables—including accounts created for Amazon KDP or Google Play, ISBN registration steps, and publishing setup instructions—become the client’s property upon full payment. Drafts, working documents, internal processes, and proprietary templates used during the project remain the intellectual property of Bluu Publishing. Portfolio Use: Bluu Publishing may reference the project in a general, non-specific manner (e.g., “Self-publishing support provided for a non-fiction author”) unless the client requests otherwise in writing. No manuscripts, titles, or private materials will ever be shared. Communication & Availability: All communication is handled during standard business availability windows. Evening and weekend responses are not guaranteed. Response time is typically within 1–2 business days. Platform Requirements: Clients are responsible for complying with Amazon KDP, Google Play Books, and other platform policies. Bluu Publishing provides guidance but cannot guarantee approval or platform acceptance. Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not available once project work has begun beyond the initial consultation.
