Terms & Conditions
Cancellations: Program Evaluation bookings may be canceled up to 5 business days before the scheduled start date with no penalty. Cancellations made within 5 business days will incur a 40% fee, reflecting the extensive preparation and administrative time required. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours may incur a $150 administrative fee, depending on availability and project load. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled kickoff meeting and provide no notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Project-Based Work: Once the evaluation has begun—including LMS access, document review, or preliminary audit steps— refunds are not available. If the project is canceled after work has started, you will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed based on the evaluation scope. Deliverables & Timeline: Final deliverables and timeline will be confirmed in the project proposal based on program size, structure, and availability of required materials. Confidentiality: All program materials, documents, and discussions are strictly confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available upon request.
