Terms & Conditions
Engagement Structure: Program Development engagements span 12–15 months and follow a phased project plan agreed upon prior to project launch. A signed service agreement and initial deposit are required to secure the project start date. Monthly or milestone-based invoicing will be outlined in your custom proposal. Communication & Meetings: All scheduled meetings require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Missed meetings without notice may result in project delays; repeated no-shows may incur additional fees or timeline adjustments. Cancellations & Pauses: Due to the scope of Program Development, cancellations after project initiation are subject to a non-refundable deposit and payment for all completed work to date. If a client requests a project pause, Bluu Publishing will hold the project for up to 30 days. Pauses exceeding 30 days may require a revised timeline and updated proposal due to resource planning and schedule changes. Revisions & Scope Adjustments: Scope changes requested after project kickoff will require a written change order and may impact pricing and timelines. All additions, expansions, or new course requests outside the agreed scope will be billed separately. Deliverables & Approvals: Timely review and approval of drafts, materials, and deliverables are essential for maintaining the project timeline. Delayed client feedback may result in extended timelines. Confidentiality: All client information, content, intellectual property, and organizational knowledge remain strictly confidential. A non-disclosure agreement is available upon request.
