Terms & Conditions
Cancellations: Course Evaluation bookings may be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time with no penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 30% fee, reflecting the preparation and review time already allocated. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Reschedule requests made within 48 hours may incur a $75 administrative fee, depending on availability. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the scheduled evaluation meeting and do not provide notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Project-Based Work: If the course evaluation has already begun (document review, LMS access, preliminary audit steps), refunds are not available. If the project is canceled after work has started, you will be invoiced for the percentage of work completed based on the evaluation scope. Confidentiality: All course materials, documents, and discussions are strictly confidential. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available upon request.
